Orders are shipped out of Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada.
Orders must be paid in full before shipped.
We use Canada Post expedited parcel service.
A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped, with a Canada Post Tracking Number.
Orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours of receiving an order. Orders received on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday get shipped out Monday.

Shipping is FREE on orders of $150.00 or more (before taxes).
$2.00 local delivery is offered in the City of Thunder Bay
Returns
Sorry, we do not offer refunds except in the case of damaged or defective product. If for any reason you receive a damaged or defective product and need a replacement, please contact us via telephone or email. BioPetMeds will not accept returns without prior authorization. Shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.
